DOES HERCULEANLIFESHOP OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON ITS PRODUCTS?

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of the HERCULEANLIFESHOP before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we put in our best efforts to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.

If you discover a fault with the product you have received, please take pictures of the defect and E-mail kimberly@herculeanlife.net within 30 days upon receiving the order. The pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are satisfied.

All the Exchanges and Refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our return-eligible criteria below.

All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment made by the customer.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

All the Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
