Our customer service team aims to respond to all e-mails within 24-48 hours.

How long will shipping take?

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse immediately after receiving the order. Shipping time estimates for the USA are 1 to 5 weeks (Varies from product to product) & International shipments are 1 to 6 weeks (Varies from product to product.)

We are working hard to make sure your order arrives to your doorstep ASAP but due to the current Covid situation, please bear unexpected extended shipping times.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please e-mail Herculeanlife@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. The pictures of the product must show that the product is unused & has all the tags intact.

How will the refund be processed?

Customers will be notified via email once the returned item is received and inspected. The approval or rejection of your refund request will be noted.

Will customs and taxes be included in the product price?

Extra charges like Import tax, duties and related Customs fees, if applicable are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Please contact your local Customs office directly for further details.

Why hasn't my tracking # been updated?

Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 24hrs to update from pre-shipment status.

Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

Please contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order but unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancellations of orders after it has already left our warehouse.
